Back on watching what I eat. Recent phone call from the Dr. who stated my A1C was off and want's me to come in and discuss medication and diet. That was on 2/7/19. As of 2/11/19 my lunches are more healthy. I looked up good foods to help fight the diabetes issues and am going for it.
