It's never been more important than now to get fit!! I've been waiting 8 years for this, so the sooner I can look great in a gorgeous dress the better!

Today was not a great day for accomplishments. I didn't eat crappy, but I don't feel that I ate enough either. I basically worked a double shift with putting in my normal hours during the day and then going back for a 3 hour board meeting, but I honestly have no excuse for getting in no real movement during the few hours I was home in between.

NETFLIX is the devil, and I am a faithful follower!!
187.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 47.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

The information you've given me about the carbs and proteins is going to be SO helpful. Even if it's little spurts, I'll be happy with that over long stretches of no accomplishments. Yes, we CAN do this!
