Day one and not off to a good start, but at least I am being honest. Did not have time to log anything, but had a great day and vow tomorrow to be more accountable.

Good job, @iulani! At least you know what you are "supposed to" be doing, and admit when you get off track. The most important thing is to get back ON TRACK, to see the great results you are looking for. Keep up the honesty, and follow through with that determination!

True, @Keilin_4, but you CAN know that you had a bad day and that you WILL do better the next! I always try to find the GOOD in a person's efforts and to emphasize THAT. Most of us beat up on ourselves way too much already. The key is to get back up, dust yourself off, and get back on track as soon as possible.
