It’s been a year, and I have grown in hight and weight. I hope this is only muscles from dancing six days a week, four hours a day because no matter what I eat or how much it doesn’t really go lower than that. Muscle is heavier than fat, right?
100.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
