went for a walk today through our cities walking/nature trails and was treated to ice cream afterwards, caved and had a small low fat/sugar free vanilla frozen yogurt!!!
So little mini goal, I want to reach my goal of 150lbs for June 1st, or there abouts within the week of June 1st!!!!
only 19lbs to go, just about a month, I should be able to hit it if I STAY on plan and excersize!!!!
