A loss is a loss and that is great!! I did the math and I am down 11.11%
288 lbs - 256 lbs = 32 lbs.
32 lbs / 288 lbs = .11111 or 11.11%
I did your's too. You started at 190 and are down to 178.8 so you have lost 5.89%
I almost went with the expensive scales but I figured I would have a hard time figuring the doo hicky out. Me & Electronics don't always get along. LOL! My husband usually has to show me how to get the stupid tv on with all the junk hooked to it. I can do math however so voila!

Oh, sorry ATO, sometimes it takes our bodies a littel readjusting time after a loss before it will start losing again. Don't let this time frustrate you. Keep working it and it will happen.

Thanks Amanda :) i appreciate the support - i'm having a rough week. and i didn't intend to get a fancy scale, but it was on sale on amazon and was only 35$, had good reviews and free shipping, so i figured why not. no idea how accurate those electronic measures of body fat are, but it was actually pretty easy to set up, there are only 3 buttons :) as for you - great job, 11.11% is awesome! keep on rocking :)

LOL - I'm really not a math freak either but I have to use it alot in my job so yeah Keli you have lost 16.28% since your start weight of 215 lbs. Pretty cool hugh? Oh and that was a good deal on the scale. I think you are doing awesome alwaystheocean...dang i'm bad with names. Don't get discouraged with just a pound - more will be gone before you know it. I have fast times & then slow times.... I'm sure a slow time is coming up soon for me.
