Been a bit down and I thought I was eating more and just fed up. Was so sure I had gained all my weight back and just couldn’t face the scales for the last few weeks.
This morning I said enough and braved the scales and 1 lb up !! One lbs!!!!
I almost sabotaged everything and I probably had lost weight, but I was so scared to step on the scale!
Right , time to stop monkeying around and get to this again
295.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
