weighed in too early today - should have waited 8-) The kids are coming for dinner - have everything planned except dessert. The meal is keto but not too fat heavy - seared tuna steaks with garlic, ginger, soy, lime & sesame oil, topped with avocado slices, broccoli & cauliflower, and (rice for them). I feel guilty serving fat heavy meals to anyone who isn't on KETO who might be trying to loose weight - or who maybe should be ... Dessert? Maybe avocodo lemon whip (similar to ice cream but not frozen) with chocolate shavings on top? - Totally just made that one up in my head - need to look at some recipes. I forgot our DIL doesn't eat strawberries when I was shopping... I will figure this out...
Delayed breakfast till noon - should have waited till 2 pm but then my day would be helter-skelter... hubby needed to eat, and I have other things to do - I'll go back to IF on a better timeline this evening.
Meanwhile - Breakfast and lunch together - one and a half Portobello mushroom caps, pesto sauce and a little blue cheese with Freybe's Salami slices and MCT oil coffee. Mmm mmm good!
We're off today for Canada Day (yesterday), and I booked tomorrow off to boot. Too hot to do much outside, but I'm going to go to the gymn tomorrow - yep I did it - registered for a membership yesterday - can't deal with the heat and want at least 3 good workouts a week.
