LARGE on the Keto Colour scale - First Time! 8-) Yesterday wasn't a very hungry day - which felt good but made me nervous. In the end I only consumed 75% of my fat, 45% of my net carbs, and about 65% of my protein. I was nervous getting on the scale this morning because my numbers weren't in sync with each other, but quite happy with the results. HAPPY Saturday everyone!
193.2 lb Lost so far: 6.9 lb.    Still to go: 43.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
