KETO No loss/no gain - but also no exercise - still in purple zone 8-).
Felt like crap for overdoing it Friday night. Lesson learned, moving on - already planning today's B/L/D & snacks - because I ended up in a tizzy at 9 pm last night when I couldn't find the pureed pumpkin I knew I had. Found it eventually, but not before being a total grump about it. Made pumpkin sun butter, and then Pumpkin smoothie - both recipes rom a book i just ordered off Amazon - Sweet & Savory Fat Bombs - totally happy with the book and now understand why the need to have fat bombs at the ready in the fridge. Realized at 8:45 pm that I was 60 g short of fat for the day. Planning on bicycling today - it's gorgeous out there! Hope everyone has a great Sunday!

@ Rosio19 - there is no giving up! I've only been on MFS for a little bit but I've been percolating the idea of doing KETO for over 6 months. Some recent blood tests made me realize I had to make changes, or life was going to be get tough and I'd end up on meds. It's all good though - I want to be here to help raise my grand babies and enjoy it when they have babies of their own... Have a super day!
