Plugging along with same weight BUT............

I noticed saggy skin and cellulite wanting to form on my way upper thigh. SO....a free for all on food even though I'm not gaining takes its toll on my skin.

I'm going to try 2 days good one day free and see what my skin does....PLUS I'm going back to cranwater AND addign my skin supplements like black currant seed oil and vitamins. I'll let ya know how that goes.

The moral of the story.....EAT YOUR VEGGIES!!

121.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 5.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi- you look great. Good job on following the plan. My vice is wine so that will be the hard part to give up. But like you said my liver will thank me for it. :) Keep up the good work. Karolyn
