I created my meal journal!I just have to know wat I chuck inside of me.Had my lunch-12pm with just plain boiled vermicelli with cabbage(green/purple). Yucks! Really had a hard time with all this adjustments all over again. I skipped my slimming session cos I got a migraine and acute diarrhea. I will go with anicolet's suggestion, having small meals in between. Now its 3pm and I just had a small cup of mushroom soup and green tea.
p/s: These are the things that I include in my journal(excel format):

If you guys feel there's any more that I should include, please let me know.

I ate 3 cuttlefish ball (deep fried!) before my class cos I started to feel very giddy and trembling. I guess probably cos my sugar is too low. I am having vermicelli later, a small portion for dinner. I hope I am able to lose some this week. Tomnorrow I have my slimming session. Maybe I will have to face the wrath of my beauty trainer :P

I went for a job interview and I started to secretly felt that I am prejudiced for being overweight!! On this side of the world, being a size 16 does not help in anything(maybe perhaps a before and after pic if I manage to shed these kilos off). This made me want to shed off really fast.
I get lots of hands down on the liquid diet.I guess its time to chuck it away and start on the SBD straightaway. Thanks for the concern, guys!
Earlier in the morning I had a chug of my 'golden liquid' and an oatmeal cracker. Now its lunchtime and since I am going to have a decent meal for dinner, I guess I will just have maybe some small portion of fishball soup! Wish me luck!
