First Journal in quite some time. I haven't logged this week, but I've been very aware of my portion sizes and have just been eating healthy. I was 298 Friday morning and now I'm down to 292.5 this morning. Probably just water weight. Though I have been exercising *cough* dancing in the house*cough* some inside during the rainy weather. 26 years old today. Two years ago I weighed around 320 or so. So not a Huge difference. But a difference. Updated my profile pic.
