still the same at least its not up from here thank goodness for that phew. I am still working on writing everything down again fell off for a little while but getting it together and the exercise is a little tough i hate how much my abs hurt i loose all motivation but i will get to it tomorrow yoga booty lets go
166.0 lb Lost so far: 28.5 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

There is no use in feeling discouraged - it won't help. It's impossible to be 100% at all times. Just focus on where you want to be and be happy with where you are. You are still doing great. Your chart still has a lovely downhill slant! Are you putting yourself first? It's hard, I know, but YOU ARE WORTH IT!

I second the last comment. I have always believed that just maintaining my weight is a victory, because it means at least I don't have MORE weight to lose than I did in the first place. Just keep plugging away and trying out some different changes to see what your body needs to get it's metabolism going again.
