I've been sticking to the plan but I'm up 1 kg 🙁 Not very happy about that. I won't give up though because this is a lifestyle not a short term plan.
152.1 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
