218.8 New low. Exciting times indeed.
Ate poorly yesterday even, boys took me to TGI Fridays in town where they have a 3.5 Dinar (~10 dollar) lunch special with a Appetizer, Sandwich and Drink. That is really cheap here. So I had a order of chicken wings (6), and a grilled chicken sandwich on foccacia (sp) bread. The sandwich was laughable, one piece of the chicken was about 2 bites, on bread about as big as my shoe. I just took the chicken off and popped it in my mouth and left that bread alone! I did eat the other half that had a decent sized chicken. A few fried mushrooms too, YUM! I did not really worry about calories, or feel guilty much. I know it was a bad lunch, and I am surprised at my loss today.
I have taken the past day or two off biking, my legs were sore. Not a "OMG" weight lifting sore, but a minor dull soreness. And it does not really fade away fast, so I am resting them. Until tomorrow! Tomorrow I am planning on going for 20 miles. I may have to double back again or something, I need to plan my route today to see how to accomplish that. Hopefully the weather cooperates, mainly the wind.
