again bummer
166.0 lb Lost so far: 28.5 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.3 lb a week

The idea of switching to the core plan for a couple weeks is good. Look into the Wendie plan (bascially , just varying your points from day to day, but sticking within your total weekly points) or adding exercise, or even just giving yourself one "free day" every week. A plateau is simply your body telling you that it has figured out what you've been doing to it and you need to do something that is different! You can do it!
