So after 5 years of starving myself and 5 years of battling with my weight (fluctuating between 6-15kgs overweight), I am officially in the normal BMI range🤗 I am 4 kgs away from my goal weight.
149.9 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
