昨天下午茶吃了2個鯛魚燒-蘋果肉桂和鮪魚玉米口味,太多澱粉和糖,晚餐不敢吃並且增加運動,今早體重再度破新低😍好意外喔,才一個晚餐沒吃說😜開心😘
