I found out that breastfeeding moms should skip Phase I when doing the SBD - well, that would explain why my milk production went to crap while I was doing it. So, I skipped to Phase II a week early, and have been doing my best (outside of a birthday party) to stick to it. Even a little bit helps, is what I keep telling myself, but I could honestly do better. Since payday hit and we can grocery shop again, ha, hopefully the next few weeks will go more smoothly.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week

It is true! You might also have to be careful with the green veggies (including salad) if your baby is coliky(sp?) it could be that. If I even had a few pieces of brocoli or god forbid a salad he would be screaming for two days! Keep up the good work and don't forget to add breastfeeding to your excersize journal. Each time you nurse you burn 300 calories!

I did phase 2 while nursing my son and did very good. But yes, some of the leafy greens can make them gassy. But it is a really great eating plan while nursing the little one!
