just realized that since I've been eating high-fat low-carb I am usually able to get through the day without a nap and with my mind fairly Sharp especially if I eat enough protein. if I don't eat protein which can happen if I get busy at work and am running on Bulletproof Coffee then I get woozy in the afternoon. either way is better than how I filled without the fat.
