Over the weekend I read the Atkins book and I think I am now ready to begin again armed with fresh knowledge of why I have to change. In my mind it is not a diet but a lifestyle change and I think this will make the difference. Buddies when I need motivation I will be calling on you all

Girl friend when I saw the scale going up I cannot handle the weight increase and I do beleive it is doable
