Finally! Had the scale not moved from Sunday's 150, I was prepared to throw a full-on temper tantrum that any 4 year old would be proud of.
146.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 3.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you everyone. I just need to get my rear end in gear and start exercising to get those last few pounds off and to keep them off. I have my April Jamaica vacation booked so now I have an incentive.
