So today I did a Holy Yoga meditation before going to yoga. Then I went to Costco to get John's phone (1.5 hours and feeling overwhelmed for no reason) then to Woodman's. I felt so frazzled and wired. I ate, did another medication and napped for an hour. I tested my ketones around 4:00. It was only .8 Ugh!! I'm wondering if that is the cortisol bringing it down?? I know I'm in ketosis but this is very low after eating pure Keto the last 3 days.
