I guess the new game is 123 and 124.5 back and forth? Time will tell. Was hungry after coffee so I made a big breakfast. I'll see if this makes a difference after my walk. The last 3 days have been exhausting after being out for an hour. I'm SO full!! This last happened on Memorial Day... I probably won't be hungry till dinner 😉 Sleep was a little better.. I got my Kavinace. Later...went for walk and felt super sick and exhausted 😩 It's that feeling that I over did the fat and my body can't handle it. Baking soda hadn't helped either.. I'll try some more
124.5 lb Lost so far: 27.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
