Testing water weight with that carb up last night. Yep, one lb. I had some hunger issues this morning??? I feel good after a good amount of fat & protein for lunch..
125.5 lb Lost so far: 26.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
