124 😊 Slow but steady. I think I'll save weighing in for Tuesdays. Also Keto testing. Yesterday I did my little bit of weights, stretching and 1 hour walk. I was exhausted all day...I'll go out again today and see what happens. Also yoga tonight 😊 Last nights sleep was better in that I had a really deep sleep in the beginning...was up at 1am though for a while. Then pretty much slept till 6am
124.0 lb Lost so far: 27.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
