Not weighing in. My testing today is 3.1 I'm really surprised. IF really works.
I ate brunch on Sunday and drank a lot of champagne. More then I should have 😉 but it was fun and worth it. I didn't sleep well and felt really spacey and my stomach was angry all day yesterday. Good sleep last night but up too early (8:15-3:15) Today walk, weights and yoga tonight. Looks like 1 inch lost across belly. Hips & waist the same. Feeling exhausted but still had energy to get some stuff done.
126.0 lb Lost so far: 25.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
