Things are moving!!! I fasted with ease 14.5 hrs again. I could feel something different in my clothes. 1/2 inch gone across my belly button and 1.5 lbs down! I have more energy today! Had my hair done and I'm loving the big blond chunk. Plus I was told that I have all regrowth of hair where those bald spots were at my temple area 😀A good personal day after being so down since starting Keto and gaining that 5 extra lbs. I'm feeling very encouraged!!! Walked after lunch for 40 mins. I can't believe I had energy to do that! Then a 45 min nap. Dinner was a carb up w/ 1/2 cup sweet potato. Now going to Core Yoga class
126.0 lb Lost so far: 25.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
