Had a hard time getting up this morning. Doing well otherwise. Behind on getting things done, but that is ok. Will try to work out a bit tonight. Feeling pretty good otherwise. Not much to report. Stuck to the diet yesterday. Same weight as before. No headaches, doing fine. Ready for TOM to be over, but otherwise things are good.
