Well, I have a slight headache this morning, again. Since this is officially my first day off since I started my new schedule, I am taking things a bit slower this morning and mixing things up a bit more. Pretty sure the RELPAX is giving me rebound headaches, so I will try to just muddle through today and take the sledgehammer tonight if I need to. Even though I have been taking fiber and drinking a shot of apple cider vinegar every day now, I am still not quite regular, although better than I was. I think this may be a productive of the medicine I have been taking. Also had indigestion pretty much every day a little bit since taking all my many meds, but this is not extreme and mostly manageable.
I think today will be a much more productive day. Already off to a very positive start.
