This weight is from yesterday. I was feeling better. Drank 3 c coffee to stay awake at work for an 11 hour day, then couldn't sleep. Lay awake until almost 4 AM, then dozed a little.
198.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
