Water Fasts for me are great! Not much to loose weight (since I regain almost all back), but as detox, to improve my mental clarity. I feel so much better when I'm fasting the Growth Hormone is increasing and in general my hormone's swings are way better when I'm fasting.
I know fasting is not for everyone but I feel better on so many levels, even my anxiety and depression are very well.....it might be a placebo effect, but whatever it is.....it's working for me!! :)
