I probably had too much to drink and a little too much meat yesterday.
108.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1452 kcal Fat: 48.71g | Prot: 42.43g | Carb: 210.84g.   Breakfast: Orange Juice, Tea (Brewed), Applesauce Unsweetened, Toasted Cinnamon Bread, Arrowhead Mills Rice and Shine Organic Whole Grain Brown Rice Hot Cereal. Lunch: Village Inn 2 Egg Cheese Omelette, Honey, Unsalted Whipped Butter Stick, Udi's Gluten Free White Sandwich Bread, Tea (Brewed). Dinner: S&W Organic Tomato Sauce, Cauliflower, Stouffer's Simple Dishes Macaroni & Cheese, Unsweetened Iced Tea. Snacks/Other: Glutino Gluten Free Breakfast Bars - Blueberry, Coffee with Sugar, Pamela's Figgies and Jammies. more...
