I kept to my eating habits this week but on Saturday I had some friends over for mexican food which I think has contributed to some water gain this week. I kept my portions small but my nornal diet consists of such low sodium I think Saturdays food was just too much.
I will stick to my normal eating habits this week with lower sodium and see if there are any fluctuations in my weight next Monday.
