Well, I thought I was doing a good job, but there was no loss this week. I suppose that last weekend I did have some fried food and a scone & chai from Panera. I also need to be more active, but it's so hard to fit it in. I walked a bunch on Monday but since then have probably only fit between 20 and 30 minutes of walking in each day. I should probably start doing more than walking.

Maybe some arm exercises with light weights? Maybe yoga? Maybe water-workouts?

Julie and I have a friendly competition going. Whoever loses 7 pounds first treats the other to a movie. I think she's going to kick my butt.
182.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Water workouts are good. I lost 1 lb this week (not 3 like I was)...you are only 1 lb behind.

Yeah, I really need to get going on those water workouts. I used to love them. And, they don't require being out in the cold or jumping up and down in front of the television (not that I would really mind that if I didn't have roommates).
