Just curious, I weighed myself this morning - viola! A loss! Won't weigh myself again until next Wednesday. went out to breakfast with a friend to our favorite place, Toast and Jam. This time I had something called The Bake Up -roasted vegetables topped with 2 baked eggs, aged Gouda. and baguette. The eggs were good the veggies were so drenched in oil I didn't eat them (and got a discount), there was a very small amount of Gouda sprinkled on top. So not too bad - all the calories are in that gorgeous bread!
