Ok I have to rebound here. I think I have to find a good medium between Curves nd Fat Belly Cure. I lost 9 pounds on Curves but began feeling weak and shaky. lost 1 pound first week of Fat Belly Cure but gained 1.8 second week even though I was following the plan. I think I need to cut my carbs back to the 60 grams (I was only getting to about 75 on Fat Belly) and still watch my sugar grams. I am a bit confused on Fat Belly Vegetables have natural sugars so it was difficult to get my veggies in. I am devoted to a low carb because it works for me usually. I just need to find the right formula that will allow me to lose but feel good too.
254.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 104.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
