I added half a pound after eating out both lunch and dinner. I feel stupid but I had wanted to try new things. Pasta alla adriatico seemed fine, but probably added the extra weight. I want to try Coffee Bean's espresso cream coffee still.
110.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
