Eventually had nerve to stand on scales after long weekend eating and drinking, anyway 5lb up, should get that off by end of week, I hope. Had a run last week with a friend, and just started C25K on my tod tonight. got 2 and 1/2 weeks ckear so want to make a dent in this last stone.
