I am at this plateau, teetering between 162 to 160. The weight just won't move. The biggest challenge is belly fat that I can't get rid of. I'm going to try Lean Cuisine for 30 days for lunch and dinner with lots of water. Cut down on my sugar intake. Breakfast will be light with coffee, bagels, cereal and fruit. If anyone has some help they can offer I'm all ears.

eating processed foods for 2 meals a day is not the best solution though I understand the ease in portion and calorie control that it offers. Try something like fruit at breakfast, a salad with some protein at lunch and a sensible dinner. Avoid processed foods, desserts, alcohol.

I agree with the previous comments! Up the protein, lose the breads and pasta, lose the processed foods, or that belly will never budge.

Ditto to eating proteins, vegetables and fruit with as little processed foods as you can and ditch the sugar.

Cut out the Lean Cuisine (processed and usually loaded with sodium), the bagels and cereal (high in carbs)and you will see the belly fat fall off. Amp the water up. What are you doing for exercise? Stay away from the prepackaged ready to eat stuff.
