I don't know how I managed to do it, but I gained 2lbs in ONE freakin' day. Yesterday, I didn't get to workout, since I went Christmas shopping. Today, gotta kick butt extra!

Chair Dips: 14, 19, 12, 12, 25
Jillian Michaels' Shred it With Weights
Crunches: 5 sets of 25
Leg Lifts (Laying down): 3 sets of 10
Single Arm Overhead Press: 4 sets of 10
Bicep Curls: 3 sets of 10 (?)
Squats: 2 sets of 10

I'm also hoping to walk on the treadmill tonight. *Fingers-Crossed*
131.0 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.8 lb a week
