After the battery in my scale died I wasn't able to weigh myself when I originally planned. Six pounds is a great start for me though. Just getting to see the numbers going in the other direction for a change is a real relief. Inspires me to keep going. I haven't been great about tracking my food but at least doing it a little is helping as well as gettin some excercise in.
257.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 107.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
