I think that's just water weight I lost and it will be back tomorrow. I'm comfortable at my 148. Still here maintaining and eating right. I still try to exercise everyday for 30 min, but I'm getting a little bored. I loved when I did a challenge from the internet and even won $50, but I kind of feel lost on what I should be doing or focusing on. I was thinking about purchasing another challenge where they provide exercise routines, a food list and guide for 28 days. There's a reward but I think I'm tired of buying since I think I already know what to do. It just feels great when you have support and a bunch of ladies you can talk with, post pics and encourage.

There are various challenges here on FS, maybe one appeals to you? Or you can start one of your own that members can join.

Trackin64's advice is right on! If you have difficulty in coming up with your own challenge, and none of the current ones appeal to you, take a look at some of the completed ones and perhaps start a similar one. Or take one of those from the other website and adapt it to what you would like to do. With all the FS members, you are sure to attract some who will want to participate, and the price is right!!! If you decide to start your own, be sure to post about it so we can all take a look!
