I lost weight and I will keep working on it.
110.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1760 kcal Fat: 48.38g | Prot: 68.69g | Carb: 263.88g.   Breakfast: Orange Juice, Tea (Brewed), Applesauce Unsweetened, Arrowhead Mills Rice and Shine Organic Whole Grain Brown Rice Hot Cereal. Lunch: Grape Juice, Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat, Patty, Cooked, Broiled), Fettuccine, Herr's Potato Stix, Thousand Island Dressing, Mixed Salad Greens. Dinner: Alexia Sweet Potato Julienne Fries, Lettuce, Turkey Burger, Unsweetened Iced Tea. Snacks/Other: Auntie Anne's Pretzels Original Pretzel without Butter, Coffee with Sugar, Udi's Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies, Matt's Cookies Fig Bars. more...
