Well back up a pound this week, not sure why I did have one bad meal on Saturday night and ate a ribeye steak as big as my head...lol, but other then that I prepped my meals and did 4 workouts. Still need to find the time and motivation to get one more strengthening session in a week. Trying to catch up on my sleep and get my water back up, so maybe that will help moving forward.
