Well I blew it on carbohydrates yesterday, mostly sugar from the carrot cake. But I started monitoring this with "Not Your Usual Food Diary" because I like the coloring part (lame but true). Hopefully that will keep me going. I figure I will just post here probably in the journal part the amount of carbohydrate/sugars I do in a day...so far today 0 sugar and 1 carbohydrate (3.8 serving probably from the onion in my egg LOL).
BUT yesterday I did not have one single can of soda. I have tried Trevia and I HATE it. I know that diet sodas are not good for me anyway so I think I will just not have it in the house. Of course I drank tea yesterday and forgot that means lots of bathroom trips...lol...well it's better for me than the opposite I suppose.
3:20 P.M.
Well I have been eating about every 3 hrours. I think I'm incorporating the 3 Hour Diet in here too bahaha. Well it works for because I don't tend to overeat and that's good. I worked out, did some kettlebell work at 70% capacity (following Maureen Martone's program) and did some Classical Stretch work which was lovely.
