Well I am off to a good start, I weight in at 244.3 a couple pounds up from the last weigh in but I was not on my diet yet. I started on January 4 the first day of the challenge, and keep to the diet. I ate 30 points my point tops is 31. I drank 2 quarts of water, and did 30 minutes of exercise. I feel that it was a successful day. Judy
