Not bad for a birthday week!
207.0 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 63.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks Jocko, I see you've struggling lately.....but then there is so much conflicting information out there, that sometimes it hard to see which is the right path to take.
