I have gotten all off track... Now it's time to get serious.. I can't keep
Blamming my self for everything that's going on n my
Life bad and turn to food to make myself happy!!!
213.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 73.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.7 lb a week

I have the same issue. Stress can bring out the worst in food habits for me as well. I go for the sweets. You can get through those times. Have faith in yourself to do the right thing, 'for you'. Good Luck Hun!
